Dear Host Family:

My name is Sissi and my Chinese name is ZhuXiye. I am 16 and study in Senior One Middle School (the lOth Grade). I live with my father and mother. My mother's name is Polly. She's a Chinese English teacher and she also teaches me English. My father's name is Zhu Wuliang. He once taught in my school but now he works in government. I'm the only child in my family, but I have some cousins. We meet each other during holidays and the Spring Festival.

I live near my school. It takes me only 10 minutes to go to school on foot. There's a park with trees and flowers near our home. It's beautiful. Every night a large crowd of people, old or young, go dancing there.

I enjoy playing the piano. I learnt electronic organ when I was 4. I learnt it for 8. years. Then I began to learn playing the piano. I'm good at swimming and so does my mother. I also like badminton but I'm not very good at it. I like music, movies, reading books, surfing the Internet , spicy food, fruits and vegetables. Our province is famous for spicy food. But I never mind trying some other foods.

I have never been abroad. I'm really looking forward to going to America, And seeing many different things. I hope we can have a wonderful time.
